Objective:

By the end of this training course, participants are expected to be able to:

  •  Understand the concepts and requirements defined in ISO 9001:2015.
  • Understand the concept of process approach and how to implement it.
  •  Recognize the significance of organisational context and its elements and how to adopt risks and opportunities approach to quality management.
  • Learn what information a quality management system as per ISO 9001:2015 should contain and how to keep your documents up-to-date.
  • Assist their organizations in their attaining certification as per ISO 9001:2015.

Management and quality personnel, internal auditors, production supervisors, technicians and anyone interested in understanding the international requirements for quality management systems as per ISO 9001:2015

  • The route to certification.
  • Participate in group exercises that confirm the absorption of the information presented and help to familiarize the participants with the standard.

Trainer Bio

This course is instructed by the highly experienced staff of the Audit, Risk & Quality Assurance Department team at the Royal Scientific Society.
The team is well versed in the quality field through decades of experience and wealth of knowledge accumulated by maintaining national and international accreditation/certification under the very wide scope of RSS activities.
Areas of expertise: ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 31000, Auditing and root cause analysis.
